is being established to provide mentoring for at risk boys in Africa. The program will create partnerships with the educational districts, private schools, public schools, trade associations, parents forum and the juvenile court system. BMAN matches a caring adult volunteer with referred boys. BMAN will setup four distinct mentoring programs:

Trailblazers: Trailblazers is the central program of BMAN. At risk boys and their mentors participate in a structured program of support.

Turnaround: Turnaround focuses on boys who are chronically suspended from school and those who ran away from home (Boys on the street).

Higher Ground: Higher Ground engages boys involved in the juvenile court system. ( Boys in Remand Homes)

Lunch Friends: Lunch Friends works with boys from Primary schools.
